Effective February 25, 2011. In continuation with the KaVo and Pelton & Crane integration, we are relocating our KaVo Canada - Lab Division to our Charlotte, North Carolina Center of Excellence on Friday February 25, 2011. The service and repair of equipment will remain in Canada. Below please find a list of FAQ and contact numbers.
- How do I call KaVo with a question?

- Will the product mix change?
No – the relocation of our KaVo Canada Lab Division will not affect the portfolio of lab products that are available.
- What is the average lead time for new lab equipment?
Please allow a 2 week lead time for stocking items. Please call customer service at 1-888-275-5286 (option 1) for lead times on non-stocking items.
- How will I pay for my products?
Invoices and payments will be in USD. Please remit payment via check to KaVo Dental Technologies, LLC – 13598 Collections Center Drive – Chicago, IL 60693, USA. We also accept Visa or MasterCard by phone.
